South Reading, Vermont , 1834. Hand-colored engraving, 29.25” x 22.5” plus margins, mounted on linen and affixed to original wooden rods. Colored in red and green and within a decorative border. Silk selvage renewed. CONDITION: Very good, one minor loss in lower-left corner, light spots of dampstaining, light cracking and light foxing throughout; light wear to rods. A lovely example of the 1834 edition
