Chicago: Kurz & Allison Art Studio, ca. 1885. . Hand-colored lithograph, 20.75” x 16.5” plus margins. Recently backed with linen. CONDITION: Very good, damp stain across half of upper margin, no affect on image, a couple small spots. A very scarce lithographic portrait of General George Custer, made after his death by American lithographers Kurz and Allison of Chicago.
