New Zealand-born Australian-raised soprano (1879-1952), famous during the first three decades of the 20th century for her partnerships with Enrico Caruso at The Met Opera. Gorgeous black-and-white photograph signed by her with a short sentiment, shown as Mimí in Puccini's opera La Bohème . Printed signature on front of photographer Mishkin, New York. Size is 8 x 10.1 inches, small creases on corners, (not affecting signature), otherwise in very good condition.
