Regimental History of the 2/19th Hyderabad Regiment (Berar). First edition, recorded in only six institutional libraries, of this concise accounts written by the colonel commandant. The regiment was raised under French leadership by the Nizam of Berar around 1780 and came under British control in 1798. It saw action in the Berar Campaign 1817-18, the Rebellion, the Burmese War of 1886-7, and in Mesopotamia during the First World War.Perkins records a second edition, with a 1928 imprint.
