We have traced just one other copy, at the library of the US Department of State.The report examines Israel's nuclear capabilities in relation to missile production, reaching back to the 1960s. A chapter is devoted to Israel's uranium enrichment, with special attention to the NUMEC affair (1957-78), when over 300 kg of enriched uranium disappeared from a US nuclear plant, and suspicions were raised that the uranium was secretly sent to Israel. It also discusses Russian espionage, Israel's relations with South Africa, and the work of the Israeli nuclear technician and peace activist Mordechai Vanunu. A final appendix lists the sources of the report, mainly newspapers including Haretz.
