Size is 5.25 x 8.1 inches, 1 written page, folds, otherwise in excellent condition. ALSO INCLUDED is a small unsigned photograph of him (3.5 x 5.1 inches) plus an small lithograph with his image (6.75 x 10.5 inches) published by Eduardo Girod (Paris).
