no place of publication stated : Kodak circa 1967. Small plastic binder metal comb binding containing 27 black and white photographs on different types of Kodak paper. Paper samples are 5 1/2 x 4 1/8 inch, all comb punched as issued. 3 separate explanatory paper inserts in the binding 2 folding explaining the various types. We do not know if this was as issued because the binding can easily be opened and new items added or obsolete items removed.
