Belgian-born American conductor (1900-1999), founder of the National Orchestral Association, and the founding musical director of the New York City Ballet. Nice black-and-white signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment dated 1946; ink-stamped on verso by photographer Bachrach. Size is 7.8 x 10.1 inches, minor creases over the lower-right border, otherwise in excellent condition.
