8vo. 13 pages of entries, approximately 1750 words, plus 30 pages of notes and brief entries concerning purchases, expenses, travel arrangements, individuals and businesses visited, lists of others considered for visits, etc. Laid in are eight pieces of related ephemera from the trip, including two nice promotional brochures for Italy's Franchi shotguns. Signed by the eight gun enthusiasts who accompanied Edwards on the trip. Red cloth. A good solid journal, with ephemera and notes laid in.
