Contemporary polished black half-calf and marbled boards rubbed , gilt title and ornaments between raised bands on spine. Corners bumped, joints rubbed worn at head of spine , corners of title pages to volumes one and four chipped without loss of text , volume three foxed, title page to volume four heavily foxed.
