Austro-Hungarian tenor (1904-1942), who died during World War II while seeking asylum in Switzerland, trying to escape the Nazis. Black-and-white photo postcard signed by him, shown as Canio in Leoncavallo's "Pagliacci". Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, in excellent condition.
