French dancer (1875-1943) at the Paris Opéra at the age of 18, portrayed many times by painter Edgar Degas. Nice cabinet photograph of her from 1893 by photographer L{eon Pillaut/Benque Co (Paris). Size is 4.2 x 6.2 inches, ink markings over the bottom, in excellent condition.
