Dutch composer and arranger (1868-1954) who, in 1913, was one of the founders and first director of "The Music-Copyright Office" (BUMA). Interesting typed document in German with autograph additions and musical writing by the Dutch theologist who devolved part of his life to music, publishing an academic article in 1933 titled “The Musical Essence of Chromatic Shifting”. Description of Abraham Loman’s music theory (“Einiges der Lomanschen Theorie”) with Graphic image of the root tones in the key of D (“Graphisches Bild der Stammtöne in der Tonsorte D”). Laws and examples of the theory are reported. Size is 8.3 x 13 inches, 1 page, stains, in overall very good condition.
