French-born child prodigy violinist (1840-1902), who became an American musician, considered one of the finest violinists of the latter half of the 19th century. 1.75 x 4.25 inch signature cut on a 6.5 x 8.25 album page, envelope is also included. Verso side contains a message to Urso from the legendary German composer and conductor Max Bruch giving the tempo markings for various movements in one of his Violin Concertos that she was scheduled to perform. Rare vintage item in excellent condition!
