English composer (1913-1976), conductor, and pianist; a central figure of 20th-century British music, with a range of works including opera, vocal music, orchestral and chamber pieces. One nice black-and-white half-tone photograph signed by him, shown at his desk, signed by him in 1969. Size is 3 .5 x 5.5 inches , several creases and bends, otherwise in good condition. ALSO INCLUDED: Autograph note signed, 1 page, dated in 1942, size is 4.5 x 7 inches, one fold, in excellent condition. Not sold separately.
