Minneapolis: privately published, 1917. 12mo, pp. 127, 1 ; frontispiece and 9 engraved text illustrations, gray paper boards with paper labels on cover and spine, light soiling, near fine, signed by Russell on endpaper along with a poem by Longfellow. Laid in is a greeting card with a long handwritten recollection of the area from 1985. In later correspondence with the Library of Maine Russell stated that his books were printed in runs of 200-500.
