Italian-born Chilean conductor (1878-?), who was also composer. Padovani was important in the development of opera in Chile. Signed photograph, inscribed, dated in Malta during the 1932-33 season. Stamped on verso by photographer I. Hochhausler, Santiago, Chile. Size is 6 .5 x 9 inches, very slight paper loss on several corners, otherwise in excellent condition.
