Austrian ballerina (1810-1884) who introduced theatricalized folk dance into ballet; celebrated for her spirited, spectacular dancing and technique. Original doily (ornamental mat made of paper usually) depicting the ballerina in "La Cachucha". Size is 2.5 x 2.5 inches, in very good condition.
