Star Italian tenor (1873-1921), who was also an amateur caricaturist. Attractive caricature drawn and signed by him in ink, depicting an unidentified man, possibly at a European restaurant. Caruso's abbreviated signature is at the bottom of the page. Size is 4.2 5 x 5.75 inches , very small tears at the top of page, otherwise in very good condition.
