Typed contract (carbon copy) with original signatures of the two brothers by the bottom of the document, about the leasing to the International Play Bureau in Great Britain, and establishing royalties and fees. Size is 8.3 x 13 inches, 1 page, minor crack, folds, in very good condition. A highly desirable item directly related to their most famous musical work. ALSO INCLUDED a black-and-white modern print photograph featuring the Gershwin brothers and Fred Astaire, mounted on hard cardboard. Total size is 8 x 9.9 inches, in excellent condition.
