Inscribed A la Srta. Alice E.L. Wolff Recuerdo de Hipólito Lázaro and dated New York, March 28, 1918. From the Apeda studio in New York, signed in white in the plate. 141 x 93 mm.Laid down to mounting sheet. Lázaro's career took him to a number of European centers, South America, Havana, Egypt, and New York. He sang in the premieres of Mascagni's Parisina at La Scala and also in the composer's Il piccolo Marat in Rome.
