Star American mezzo-soprano (1913-2013) and English dancer (1910-2004), full program for a performance of Gluck's Orfeo et Euridice presented by the Metropolitan Opera, New York in 1955, signed by Stevens in 1955, and in 1956 by Markova with both artists's signatures on the cover page. Full program, containing all pages and covers, size of each page is 6.5 x 9 inches , in excellent condition.
