Size is 10.6 x 13.75 inches, 6 pages, with markings and corrections, folds, and some cracks, in overall very good condition. ALSO INCLUDED is a large photograph of the composer signed by photographer Zurelli over the upper-right corner, and mounted on a slightly larger piece of cardboard. Size is 12.1 x 15.8 inches, in excellent condition.
