Size is 8.25 x 11.6 inches, folds, minor stains and cracks at the bottom, in overall very good condition. ALSO INCLUDED is an unsigned half-tone photograph shown at the piano (probably a clip from a magazine or program). Size is 4.5 x 5.1 inches, in very good condition.
