Document written by another hand and signed by Lazare Carnot as "Carnot" while Minister of War in 1800. Each page is 8.5 x 13 inches, 3 pages, folds, in excellent condition. ALSO INCLUDED is a second document with Carnot's signature stamped on page 2, also dated in 1800. Each page's size is 7.1 x 9.5 inches, folds, in excellent condition.
