ALSO INCLUDED is a small booklet in German for his funeral service which includes a 4-bar music quote by him from his work "Meditation" dated in 1977, attached to the first page of the booklet. Size is 5.75 x 8.25 inches, 24 pages, softcovers, in excellent condition.
