1807. Manuscript poem, five stanzas of eight lines each. Single sheet, 2pp. of text. A note on the verso states the song was composed by Maj'r. Johnson for 4th July 1807. The author begins: Come, Brother Soldiers, let's unite / With hearts and voices all agree / This day we'll celebrate inspite / Of all the Foes to Liberty. His final two stanzas pay tribute to George Washington as Dame Fortune's choicest, darling son / The great, the noble Washington. Some separations along old fold lines,
