The second, titled "Gebundene Wirtschaft" ("The Hampered Market Economy"), is published here for the first time. This copy comes from the collection of the American economist S. Edward Ronk (1907-1998): his signature, added in 1929 during his Masters studies at Purdue University in Indiana, is on the front free endpaper, while the contents bear occasional pencil underlining, presumably in his hand.
