Rubáiyát. The Museum Edition, the first illustrated by Sir Frank Brangwyn RA (1867 - 1956), this copy finely bound. Largely self-taught, Brangwyn first gained recognition for his seascapes and travel-inspired paintings, exhibiting at the Royal Academy while still in his teens. He later achieved international renown through his paintings, murals, prints, and decorative designs. His Rubaiyat continued to be reprinted.
