Constitution, Rules and Bylaws First edition, untraced institutionally. Founded in 1870, the club held its races on the Huangpu river in spring and summer. By 1936, it awarded ten cups annually and had around 200 members.The volume also includes descriptions of the club's flags, the text of its Admiralty warrant for a privileged ensign, and lists of its officers, commodores, and male and female members with vessels.
