Letters to M.G. & H.G. First edition, inscribed on the front flyleaf, "with best wishes from Arthur Quiller-Couch". Quiller-Couch (1863-1944) referenced Ruskin in On the Art of Reading (1920) and included Ruskin's work in his famous anthology, The Oxford Book of English Verse, 1250-1900 (1900). This copy is beautifully bound by a pupil of Douglas Cockerell, Ethel Taunton.These letters to Mary and Helen Gladstone were posthumously published.
