Double signed program for a concert at the Civic Opera House, Chicago, in 1940 performed by the legendary Norwegian soprano Flagstad and conducted by maestro McArthur. Full program with all pages and covers, signed by both artists on the cover page with a complete list of pieces on the following pages. Size is 6 x 9 inches, in excellent condition. Also included: 4 page unsigned publicity brochure containing photos of Flagstad both in role and as herself. Size is 6.75 x 9.75 inches, in excellent condition. Not sold separately.
