Austrian conductor (1865-1925) who enjoyed a successful career in Europe, basically in Germany and Austria. Beautiful vintage cabinet photograph signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment, shown young. Photograph by Pietzner, Vienna; blind stamp indicating the year 1904. Size is 4 x 5.7 inches (trimmed from a larger format), in very good condition. ALSO INCLUDED is an unsigned program for a performance of conductor Löwe at the Wiener Konzert-Verein, on January 22nd, 1904. Size is 5.5 x 8 inches, 24 pages including covers (see scan)
