Pre-owned. Good vintage condition. This attractive 1982 Book-of-the-Month Club edition of Ulysses is complete with its original illustrated slipcase. The binding is solid, pages are clean and complete, and the text block is in very good condition. The book features a blue cloth spine with gilt lettering, cream cloth-covered boards, a sewn ribbon bookmark, and numerous illustrations throughout by Susan Stillman. The cream cloth boards display light age-related foxing/spotting, as shown in the photographs. The original slipcase has moderate shelf wear, edge rubbing, and small scuffs consistent with age and use but remains structurally sound.
