Partially printed document, completed in manuscript, November 3, 1862, showing the chain of title for Lot 7, Block 84, Fort Winnebago, Wisconsin; records five changes of ownership, 1853-1858, with “Robert Roberts” holding title at the end. Each entry shows title holder, new owner, date of purchase and other information. Old fold lines, some storage soiling, verso with old pencil calculations. Still very good. Item #69278
