The circular states that the board has finally managed to regained control of the company's property in America, having wrested control from Mr. Davis and his agents who had been illegally holding it. Now the board, on advice of their solicitors, needs to make changes to the Articles of Association, and pass a resolution to borrow money. An urgent meeting will be called for Feb.
