Pp. vi+46, 10 plates 4 coloured , plus 2 tipped-in paper samples; patterned blue/grey silk over paper wrappers, spine sewn in the Japanese style, with vertical calligraphic paper title label on upper wrapper; printed dust wrapper, edges lightly browned and worn; within printed card two-part box, slightly soiled, with a couple of small edge chips and a piece chipped from the top edge at fore-corner; the outer leaves faintly offset; Dawson, Los Angeles, 1960.
