Photograph with Harold Wilson, inscribed to Marcia Falkender. Photograph of Harold Wilson meeting Mike Yarwood, who was famed for his Wilson impersonations, inscribed "To Lady Falkender, sincerely Mike Yarwood". Yarwood was one of the leading television personalities of the Wilson era. The photograph was taken 29 September 1973; the inscription must follow Falkender's elevation to the Lords in 1974. Marcia Falkender was Wilson's political secretary and closest aide; the photograph has been acquired directly from her estate.
