Fisher Unwin, 1884. *** Scarce first edition of Levy's second published collection of poems. Levy (1861-89), one of the first Jewish students at Cambridge University, was associated with the New Woman feminist movement. She died by suicide a few months prior to her 28th birthday and was the subject of a laudatory obituary by Wilde.
