Large folio, original papered boards (rubbed, upper board with a couple of small marks, spine a little stained), upper board with gilt lettering and bat and peaches device, paste-downs and endpapers with a small amount of pale foxing, pp 10, iii, 50 leaves of tipped-in tinted and coloured lithograph plates, captioned tissue guards intact, scattered foxing to fore-edge margins, the plates clean and fresh, a very good copy of this suitably monumental work. Scarce.
