Silver cigarette case presented to H. Wallace, the winner of the 1933 singles championship. A gentlemanly gift presented to H. Wallace, one of the club's dominant players in the 1930s. Matches were played at the Shanghai Recreation Ground, the pavilion sitting adjacent to the cricket field.The piece has the mark of Zee Sung, a silversmith active in the city in the first half of the 20th century.
