Near Fine with very light rubbing and fading to extremities. In a Near Fine unclipped first printing dust jacket with the Jonathan Daniels quote on the rear flap. Light edgewear, light soiling to rear panel, and small pencil inscription to upper corner of front flap. A fantastic copy, housed in a custom clamshell case, mint green cloth over quarter red morocco with black morocco title labels. Printed in a run of just 5,000 copies, it was an instant bestseller and is now a mainstay of American education.
