United Artists, Printed in England, 1962. [Cinema promotion] Complete set of eight original UK Front of House Stills for the 1962 UA film starring Sean Connery as Ian Fleming's James Bond, produced by Harry Saltzman and Albert R. Broccoli's EON Productions. Hand-tinted colour printing. Each 8 x 10 inches, in a protective black card case. The first issue, in colour- later printings were in black and white. Distributor's faint stamp (Girosign Ltd) to the reverse of three cards, some other annotations, three with marginal tape marks or tape to rear, others with small nicks to corners and a few small tears, some soiling/wear to reverse side. Good to very good condition (8). This set features some curious hand-tinting colour choices; the black 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air is coloured red; Bond & Leiter's suits are the wrong shade and Honey's famous beige bikini is bright yellow.
