Tales yes, but of flyers and flying, based on the author's experience as an airman in North Africa in the second world war. The book has some bumping to bottom of spine, discreet bookseller's sticker on front paste-down. A small amount of foxing to endpapers but none inside. Spotting to edges of rear & front boards. the jacket is nicked on top edge and spine (small). Rear staining to lower section. .
