NA. Very Good. N.d., circa 1930s. Typed manuscript with 29 pen-and-ink and watercolored illustrations on separate sheets, 15 in full color. The illustrations look as if they were inspired by Beatrix Potter, and indeed, some of them could almost pass as the work of Potter. The stories are each four to eight typed pages, and everything is surely the work of a mature adolescent or full adult who was writing, and illustrating, for smaller children, and quite possibly with an eye for publication.
