Stated 'First Edition', with the depression mark to the rear board denoting the Book Club issue (as the vast majority seem to be). Publisher's blue cloth-backed boards, lettered in silver, illustrated dust-jacket (unpriced). Contents clean, no inscriptions, a few light arks to edges of text block. Jacket with some light edge wear, some rubs/wear to spine tips, spine colouring remains particularly rich on this example- the deep blue background is notorious for fading to a light blue. The first James Bond omnibus to be published. Gilbert E1.
