Elegantly bound in burgundy half calf, with raised bands, gilt titles to spine, marbled paper-covered boards. With the original spine and jacket bound in at rear. Contents clean, edges a little dusty otherwise a clean copy in an attractive recent leather binding. When a young girl vaguely confesses to a possible murder she's not sure she committed, the Belgian detective Hercule Poirot is thrown for a loop. The girl with a secret subsequently disappears, and no one's talking.
