Dust jacket is wrapped in a mylar covering, price is uncut "$2.75", has mild shelving wear, moderate chipping along the edges and extremities, small open tears along the fore corners and spine head and tail edges, bending wear along the front tail edge and head edges, stains throughout, and moderate age-toning throughout. Boards have mild wear along the fore corners, stains on the rear board, and moderate age-toning along the head and tail edges. In 1928, Hemingway and his second wife Pauline Pfeiffer would move to Key West, Florida, Hemingway himself moving regularly between Florida and Wyoming where he developed a love of hunting. In 1933, Hemingway and Pfeiffer would go on safari to Kenya where Hemingway got much of the material he would use to write "Green Hills of Africa".
