Dust jacket bright and clean, with blank jacket flaps as issued. Three items laid in: one color snapshot of Kerouacs mother Gabrielle in wheelchair; one color photo of Gabrielle in wheelchair with Stella Sampas (Kerouacs third wife) and John Sampas, Kerouacs literary executor; and one original receipt from Lowell Medical Instrument Co for a wheelchair, dated 6/3/67, marked Paid Check #220 6-18-67 and initialed in ink JK. Stamp on back reads Property of the Estate of Jack Kerouac, John Sampas Executor, the Estate of Jack Kerouac.
