It includes a short novel and twenty-one stories, most first published in WEIRD TALES, some featuring Conan, Solomon Kane, Bran Mak Morn and King Kull, as well as others that do not belong to his various series, his article on Conan's world, "The Hyborian Age," his poem, "Lines Written in the Realization That I Must Die," and Howard memoirs by H.
